Obituary of George Gilbert Webb, Sr.

George Gilbert Webb, Sr., age 72, entered into eternal rest in Good Samaritan Hospital on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Mr. Webb was born to Ellen and John Webb on January 30, 1949. Mr. Webb served his country and was honorably discharged from the Marines Corp. Prior to retirement, Mr. Webb was an entrepreneur helping many in the community with his tax preparation business. A viewing will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. A celebration of his life will be held 10:30 AM, Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Pennsylvania AME Zion Church, 1128 Pennsylvania Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201. The wake will begin at 10:00 AM. The burial will be held in Moreland Cemetery following the services.
