The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Cephas will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). Where the family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills (date/time pending).
