Kim and I were junior high school friends. I thank God for our recent reconnection at Statewide Institute held last month in March. God knew we needed to talk and reconnect I gave her advice and welcomed her with open arms for the friendship and fellowship we have had over the years. We promised each other to do lunch after pandemic was over. Kim we will still do lunch when we meet again. I am sooo glad we talked when you called me. To God be the Glory. Love you my friend. Lord keep and carry the Tucker family's sadness and loss. Cover them with your great wings of love, give their weary hearts rest and their minds sound sleep. John and Betty Anthony express deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of Kimberly Tucker. We fondly remember the occasion of our wedding anniversary when Kim surprised us greatly with a simply beautiful and decadent chocolate cake! Such kindness and thoughtfulness seemed to be her "trademark"! Subsequently, it became obvious to us that we were in the presence of a very special "spirit"; someone who deeply and genuinely cared for others; someone who unconditionally loved and was very proud of her family; and most of all, someone who completely loved and had deepest faith in her God! I knew Mrs. Kim for years working down University of MD. She was one of the kindest and most caring people that you could ever meet and she made your day brighter just by being in her beautiful presence. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim on several occasions during her time at University of Maryland most recently about a month ago, she was an absolute pleasure to speak with and though we never met in person, she would always turn my bad day or moment into a good one.
