Obituary of Zenobia Ann McLendon

Zenobia A. McLendon, nee Barner, age 72, the beloved wife of John McLendon, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Mrs. McLendon was born to Mary and Charlie E. Barner on May 20, 1948. Prior to retirement, Mrs. McLendon was employed as an Associate Director of the Recreation and Parks Department of the City of Baltimore. A viewing will be held Friday, April 23, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 until 6:30 pm. A celebration of her life will be held 10:30 am, Saturday, April 24, 2021, in Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East Chapel. The wake will begin at 10:00 am. The burial will follow the services in Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
