On Friday, April 2, 2021, a Homegoing Celebration Service for Mr. Brooks, will be held 1 at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD, where the family will receive friends at 2:30pm with services to immediately follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 10:00am following services.
