Ellen T. Foster, age 87, passed on March 26, 2021 in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Foster was born on November 11, 1934 in Orange, VA.
Funeral rites will be held at Zion Baptist Church on Thursday, April 8, 2021. The wake will begin at 10:30 AM and conclude at 11:00 AM, with funeral services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery.
