A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Moore will be held Wednesday, April 14th at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD, where the family will receive friends from 10:00am until 11:00am with services to immediately follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills following services.
