On Friday, March 26, 2021, Services for, Mr. Witherspoon will be held 10:30 at Vaughn C. Greene West Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD with the family receiving friends at 10:00am. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park, Arbutus, MD on Friday, March 26th at 12:30 pm. following services.
