Zeda Lockley, age 83, of Baltimore, transitioned Monday, March 15, 2021 at home in Baltimore. Ms. Lockley was born May 13, 1937 in Baltimore, MD. On Monday, April 5, 2021, Services for, Ms. Lockley will be held 10:00 am at Vaughn C. Greene West Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD.
