Earl William Chapman, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 27, 2021, in Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD. A life long resident of Baltimore, MD, Mr. Chapman was born on June 19, 1955 to Evelyn and Earl William Chapman, Sr. Mr. Chapman had been employed by the City of Baltimore in the Sanitation Department. A viewing will be held Monday, March 8, 2021 from 3:30 - 6:30 PM, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212. A celebration of life will be held 10:30 AM, Tuesday, March 9, 2021, in Vaughn Greene Funeral Services Chapel. The wake will begin at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow the services in King Memorial Park.
