Viewing hours will be Friday, March 19th from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD. On Saturday, March 20, 2021, Services for, Mr. Plummer will be held 10:00 am at First Mount Olive Freewill Baptist Church, 618 N. Hammonds Ferry Road, Linthicum, MD with the family receiving friends at 9:30am. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park cemetery following services.
