Mrs. Rosa Clarke, age 61, of Windsor Mill, transitioned Sunday, March 14, 2021. Mrs. Clarke was born August 15, 1959 in Baltimore, MD and was an Administrator at the Social Security Administration. She was married to Mr. Carl Clarke. The public viewing for Mrs. Clarke will be held Friday, March 19, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Service for Mrs. Clarke will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021at Dream Life Worship Center, 4111 Deer Park Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Gwynn Oak on Saturday, March 20, 2021immediately following services.
