Mr. Artis was born in Virginia. He had been employed at Bethlehem Steel. A viewing will be held Friday, March 19, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 -6:30 PM. The celebration of life will be held 2:30 PM, Saturday, March 20, 2021, in Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - Chapel. The wake will begin at 2:00 PM.
