Ms. Elsie Louise Madden, age 77, of Gwynn Oak, transitioned Thursday, February 25, 2021 in Randallstown, MD. Ms. Madden was born December 8, 1943 in Ottoman, Virginia. She retired from the Baltimore City Police Department. A public viewing will be held Monday, March 15, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Madden will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park in Baltimore Tuesday, March 16, 2021 immediately following services.
