Mr. Herbert Rhabb Council, age 66, transitioned Friday, February 19, 2021 at home in Pikesville, MD. surrounded by loved ones. Mr. Council was born August 18, 1954 in Baltimore, MD. He served in the United States Army. The public viewing will be held Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Council will be held Thursday, March 18, 2021, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow.
