A public viewing for Ms. Charles will be held Tuesday, March 9 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Charles will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where family will receive friends at 10:30am with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park immediately following services.
