On Saturday, February 27, 2021, Services for, Mr. Holley will be held 10:30 am at Holy Temple Holiness Church, 2016 W. Pratt St., Baltimore, MD with the family receiving friends at 10:00am. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills at a later date.
