Ms. Frances Bland, age 62, of Baltimore, transitioned Thursday, February 11, 2021 Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Bland was born October 12, 1958 in Baltimore, MD. She was employed as a Clerk with the United States Postal Service. A public viewing will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Bland will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at The Tabernacle at GBT, 8334 Liberty Road, Windsor Mill, MD (21244), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Loudon Park Cemetery on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 immediately following services.
