On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, Services for, Ms. McNeil will be held 11:30 am at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services Liberty Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD with the family receiving friends at 10:30am. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
