Arlene Black James, age 96, of Randallstown, transitioned Sunday, January 17, 2021 in Charlestown Care Center of Catonsville, MD. Mrs. James was born February 24, 1924 in Newark, DE. Ms. James was an Assembly Worker for Western Electric for many years. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 5th from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Saturday, February 6th, the family will receive friends from 10:00am until 10:30am with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak immediately following services.
