Jesse Louis Frazier, Jr., age 50, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 1, 2021. Mr. Frazier was a lifelong resident of Baltimore. He was born on May 6, 1970, to Dorothy and Jesse Louis Frazier, Sr. Mr. Frazier was employed as a barber. A viewing will be held Friday, February 12, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212 from 3:30 PM until 6:30 PM. A celebration of his life will held 2:30 PM, February 13, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East Chapel. The wake will begin at 2:00 PM.
