To my family in Baltimore, this is hard for me because I want to be there to hug all of you. I'm sending you virtual hugs, I'm going to miss Uncle Arthur and I will cherish all the fond memories of him. He's our "Gentle Giant" with a big heart. My prayers will continue to make our tears and pain easier, in Jesus name. My love extended to Aunt Stella, Michelle and Shawn. Rest in Peace Big Unc, love you, Jackie.

My condolences to the family of Arthur Johnson. I became apart of his HCDC family in the year of 2000 also as a Corrections Officer. He was a great leader and was always willing to help. He was a REAL Officer. I remember him being a saver of what he referred too as old money. He would often trade with me $5 dollar bills that he said he was saving for his grand kids. He spoke highly of his family and his grands swimming in his pool. Rest In Peace To a Great Leader.
