On Saturday, January 9, 2021, services for Mrs. Noble will be held at Israel Baptist Church, 1200 N. Washington Street, Baltimore, MD 21213, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park, 1101 Sulphur Spring Road, Baltimore, MD 21227, immediately following services.
