Visitation hours will be Monday, December 28, 2020 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, Services for Mrs. Rucker, will be held at Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD at 10:00AM The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak, MD immediately following services.
