Phillip Karl Rowe, age 68, of Baltimore, MD transitioned from this life on December 16, 2020. A public viewing will be held at the EAST location of Vaughn Greene Funeral Services (4905 York Rd. 21212) on Monday, December 28, 2020, 4:00 - 6:00 PM. The funeral will take place Tuesday, Decemeber 29, 2020 beginning with the wake at 10:00 AM and the funeral to follow at 10:30 AM. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park, immediately following the funeral service.
