He was a Correctional Officer and was married to Mrs. Deborah Quickley. A Public Viewing will be held Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Quickley will be held Monday, December 14, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Gwynn Oak, MD Monday, December 14, 2020 immediately following services.
