Services for Ms. Hart will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) at 10:00AM. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park, Windsor Mill immediately following services.
