Phil was such a wonderful, caring, angelic,wonderful man with a beautiful spirit. Every time I would come in from Los Angeles to visit the Heaven in Earth Barber Shop, Phil would always be the very first one to greet me with a big smile and a big hug. Ramone thought very highly of Phil and we both had the utmost respect for him. Heaven on Earth Barber shop will miss your radiant smile, your laughter and your presence. Phil...my friend! I'm so glad I've had the pleasure of having you in my life. There were days when I was down and overwhelmed and you lifted me up . Your prayed with me and for me.
