The homegoing celebration for Mrs. Leonard will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD at 2:00PM The interment will take place at King Memorial Park, Windsor Mill on Monday, November 23 at 10:00 am.
