Mrs. Inez Elizabeth Johnson Bell, age 81, of Owings Mills, transitioned Wednesday, October 28, 2020. Mrs. Johnson was born July 16, 1939 in Stanford, Connecticut. Mrs. Johnson-Bell was a Day Care Director. A public viewing will be held Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Johnson-Bell will be held Friday, November 6, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Frederick, MD Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 11:30 a.m.
