Elder George Robert Goggins, Jr., age 90, of Ellicott City, transitioned Tuesday, October 6, 2020 in Gilchrist Center of Columbia, MD. Elder Goggins was born December 19, 1929 in San Antonio, TX. Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 13th from 4:00-7:00PM at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown MD (21133). Homegoing services will be held Wednesday October 14, at Celebration Church, 7101 Riverwood Drive, Columbia MD (21046) at 10:00AM The interment will take place at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville MD immediately following services.
