On Monday, October 5, 2020, friends may visit Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 – 6:30PM. On Tuesday, October 6, 2020, services for Mr. Williams will be held at City of Prayer Church, 7102 Belair Road, Baltimore, MD 21216, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forset Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
