Mr . Cooper a dear friend of mine we worked together as supervisors at the USPS, I have fond memories of great positive conversations. A man of greatness and honor. Always speaking well of others, of God and of his family. Always aspiring for greatness in himself and for others. A man of intelligence., determination. ..I love our talks they were thoughtful and empowering...to the family and many...friends May the God of peace comfort your hearts and minds during your time of sorry. May you lean on God's arm for everlasting strength as He travels with you in the days ahead.
