Ms. Constance LaRue Toler, age 69, of Rosedale, transitioned Friday, September 4, 2020. Ms. Toler was born August 30, 1951 in Baltimore, MD. She was a Claims Supervisor with the State of Maryland. A public viewing will be held Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Toler will be held Friday, September 18, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD(21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak, MD Friday, September 18, 2020 immediately following services.
