The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Prater will be held Thursday, September 10, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Meadow Ridge Cemetery in Elkridge Thursday, September 10, 2020 immediately following services.
