The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Thomas will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park, Windsor Mill, MD immediately following services.
