The Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Matthews will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2020, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
