The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Hester will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Thursday September 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
