The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Wilkins will be held Thursday, August 20, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Brooklyn, MD Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
