On Friday, August 14, 2020, Services for, Mr. Norton will be held 11:30 am at Vaughn C. Greene West Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore , MD with the family hour beginning at 11:00am. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD at 2:30pm following services.
