Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 12, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Cooper, Jr. will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Maryland National Cemetery, Laurel, MD immediately following services.
