Mr. Michael Dwayne Goggins, age 58, of Upper Marlboro, transitioned Wednesday, April 22, 2020 in Sinai Hospice of Baltimore, MD. Mr. Goggins was born July 21, 1961 in Jersey City, New Jersey. A Memorial Service for Mr. Goggins will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2020, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. An inurnment will take place at Parkwood Cemetery immediately following services.
