The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Neal, Sr. will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2020, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore, MD. Tuesday, August 4, 2020 immediately following services.
