Viewing hours will be Thursday, July 23rd from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore, MD. On Friday, July 24, 2020, Services for, Mrs. Balark will be held 11:00 am at Greater Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church, 2000 N. Fulton Ave, Baltimore City, MD with the family hour beginning at 10:30 am. The interment will take place at Loudon Park Cemetery, on Friday, July 24 at 2:00pm. following services.
