Obituary of Annette Z Clark Ragland

My Beloved MOTHER, Mrs. Annette Z Clark Ragland, lost her life suddenly on Friday, July 10, 2020, just shy of her 75th birthday. Annette was born August 12, 1945 in Granville County, NC, just outside of Virgilina, VA. She married Robert W Ragland in 1965 and raised a child in Philadelphia, PA. Later, she moved to Carriage Hill Apartments in Randallstown, MD. Currently, resided in Catonsville, MD. She was a charismatic, funny, witty, caring and compassionate woman with a big heart. As a creative soul, she enjoyed arts and crafts, event planning and coordinating and teaching all ages. Her love for young people was pure admiration as they gravitated towards her beautiful personality. Annette always gave you the facts and her intuition. Her opinion resonated with colorful yet witty words without hesitation. She leaves heartbreaking mourning to her daughter Rhonda Chontee' Ragland, granddaughter Cherise Gi'Ana Crockett Ragland and longtime friend Milton Solomon, in addition to a host of family and friends. Death is silent, maybe peaceful. Yet it can take away everything you've ever known in a mere second We aren't granted the privilege to know when and how people leave this earth, but it's bound to happen when you least expect it. So, LOVE each other every moment for tomorrow is a gift of LIFE Due to COVID-19, our family respectfully reserves to honor her memory at a later date to allow containment of the spread of the virus.
