Obituary of Ralph Black, Sr

Ralph Black Sr. was born to Alice Mae Glover and Odis Brown on May 22, 1948 in Baltimore, MD. Ralph departed this life on June 17, 2020 after a lengthy illness. Ralph was a decorated Vietnam Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was a faithful public service Police Officer for the School police, BCCC and Coppin State College. Ralph will be missed by his wife Janice Harris Black, his children and many family and friends. Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 we will not be able to have a repass.
