Mr. Frazier and I became co-workers when I joined the great folks at the Mayors Office Employment Development at the South West Career Center.Oliver always was very active with his NAACP initiatives and always interested in offering services to Veterans, returning citizens and the homeless. It wasn't until much later that we discovered that we were actually neighbors. During severe snow storms he made sure I got to work safely in his big old vehicle. He will be sorely miss. He so loved the work he did in helping our Baltimore City Residents.
