Mr. Elizabeth A. Duncan, age 89, of Baltimore, transitioned Friday, May 29, 2020. Mrs. Duncan was born July 2, 1930 in Baltimore, MD. She was a Nurse Assistant. The Homecoming Service for Mrs. Duncan will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park Tuesday, June 9, 2020 immediately following services.
