A public viewing for Mr. Duncan will be held Monday, June 8, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homecoming Service for Mr. Duncan will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park Tuesday, June 9, 2020 immediately following services.
