Obituary of Mary Madgeline Clark

Mrs. Mary M. Clark, 75, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on May 13, 2020 after a brief battle with COVID-19. Mary was born on October 22, 1944 to Joseph and Myra Carter in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduating from Douglass High School in 1962, she attended Morgan State College. She landed her first job, as a nursing assistant, at Montebello State Hospital. She later gained employment with the Social Security Administration, where she worked as a Health Care Specialist, until she retired with over twenty years of service. In 1965 she met Lanue Clark Jr. After a short period of engagement, they married and had two children, Lynette and Lanue III. Mary is predeceased by her parents, husband, children, and four sisters. She is survived by two grandsons, Christian Johnson and LB, four sisters, Myra Jean McCoy, Barbara (James) Peters, Naomi (Arnold) Bundy, Geraldine (Carl) Powell, several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. All services for Mrs. Mary M. Clark will be held privately at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133.
